First, wow! That is a great looking group of women. Even better with their tops off, but great looking even if they had them on. The Bare Pool at the Mirage (it IS the Mirage, right?) allows topless sunbathing. There are a number of pools in Vegas now allowing this. They usually don’t allow cameras and charge an admission to cut down on single guys gawking. I guess they didn’t get on the girls’ case for picture taking, since they weren’t creepy single guys annoying other guests by taking pics.
